Shipping Policy
The time until shipment varies depending on how many orders are ahead of you. Given my offerings are all handmade items that are mostly made to order, it will generally take a few weeks to ship your order. Please understand this before you place your order. The current waiting time will be updated on my home page. Feel free to contact me at any point if you have a question of when I can get your order done.
Return Policy
Given my items are made to order, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if a problem or error arises with your order please let me know. If you placed an order and decide you want it cancelled, I might be able to cancel, but only if the order has not been started. Thank you for understanding!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are probably not possible since I may have already purchased supplies toward your order, or began custom work.
